KONK has gotten me to a place where I can use my CPAP machine, where it is working well and my numbers are perfect, and I’m doing better.  If you had told me that two months ago, I would have said you’re crazy.

Questions?
We have answers.

Does support and counseling really make the machine more comfortable?

Yes. Studies show that the majority of patients who are properly taught how to use their machines as soon as they arrive, and are then followed closely by sleep therapists for two weeks, are completely comfortable with their devices and feel noticeably healthier. For those who are still a little uncertain after two weeks, a full one to three months of support usually gets patients on the right track and feeling more energetic.

What services do I receive from Konk Second Chance?

You will have a private 45-minute teleconference with a respiratory therapist, who will review all the in’s and out’s of the device you already have and suggest adjustments to make you feel comfortable. You will then have nightly cloud-based monitoring of your device usage, with sleep coaches reaching out to you whenever they detect that you are having difficulty.  For those who wish to connect with a sleep coach even when they are using their device successfully and without difficulty, they will have access to sleep coaches for 90 days.

If my machine arrived months or years ago, and I virtually never used it, is it too late?

Not at all. Look at it as a new beginning. If your device and mask are still functional, we can teach you how to use it successfully.

If Konk Second Chance helps me get on track, can I purchase my device resupplies through Konk?

Yes. Depending on your device and masks, our product offerings may be slightly different from your current equipment, but we do offer compatible masks and filters. The positive airway pressure machines generally last for five years — when you need a new one, Konk can provide it, though it may be a different machine than your current model.
