Product Warranties

React Health Luna G3 APAP Device: This device comes with a 30-day manufacturer’s warranty. If you believe your device is defective or want to file a warranty claim, you must contact React Health directly.

 

Product Replacements

The typical replacement schedule for most APAP devices is about every five years. This replacement is at the customer’s expense, but it is HSA/FSA-eligible.

For all other accessories and supplies (such as masks, filters, and tubing), it’s recommended to replace them every 90 days. These replacements are also at your expense and are HSA/FSA-eligible.

To make it easier to get your supplies, we offer an automatic renewal program that provides special product discounts.

 

Damaged or Defective Equipment

If any of your equipment arrives damaged, our shipping contractor will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us immediately to report the damage so we can arrange a replacement.

 

Return Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on medical equipment once it has been opened and received. The only exception is for equipment that arrives damaged, which will be replaced as outlined above.
