How does the Konk Slim prescription process work?
Start with our short Digital Clinical Interview, then pay $99 to have it reviewed by a licensed MD. If appropriate, you’ll receive a prescription for a GLP-1 medication within 1–2 business days.
Do I have to use Konk’s pharmacy partner?
No, but only LillyDirect guarantees a monthly max of $499, and other pharmacies will likely have higher self-pay options. Konk does not participate in insurance plans or respond to prior authorization requests.
Is this covered by insurance?
We operate outside of insurance to keep things simple, fast, and transparent. However, you can use HSA/FSA funds for all Konk Slim services.
What does the $99/month include?
This covers your monthly doctor check-in, medical review, dose adjustments, and ongoing support. Medication cost is separate.
Who is eligible for a GLP-1 like Zepbound?
Zepbound is typically prescribed for patients with a BMI>30, or a BMI>27 with related health conditions, such as menopause, sleep apnea, or elevated cholesterol. Your Konk Slim physician will review your unique case to determine eligibility.
